You’ll also gain access to customized reports, omnichannel sales options for marketplaces and social channels, and a complete enterprise ecommerce platform with shipping solutions, abandoned cart recovery, and loyalty programs.

However, the Enterprise plan is powered by stronger infrastructure, to help you manage high volume sales, and includes state-of-the-art customer support.

Plus, there are more tools for deploying content at speed, and managing various aspects of your business. For instance, you’ll have a multi-site dashboard, domain routing and single-sign-on.

Wix Enterprise Pricing

Unfortunately, one thing I’ve noticed when reviewing “Enterprise” level plans from website builders and ecommerce platforms, is that most aren’t transparent about their pricing.

The main reason for this is that companies like Wix will customize your plan to your specific needs.

This means your pricing will depend on the number of orders you process each month, the amount of support you need, and your infrastructure requirements.

You’ll need to book a demo to experiment with the software, then discuss your needs with the sales team, to get a custom quote.

One thing to keep in mind is that there may be additional fees to consider on top of your monthly payments.

For instance, if you’re leveraging specialist integrations for enterprise customers, you may need to pay for these apps. Additionally, you might have to buy your own custom domain.

If you’re running an ecommerce business, your payment processor may also charge fees for credit card processing, so make sure you account for this when planning your costs.

As mentioned above, Wix Enterprise includes all of the features you’d get on Wix’s second-most expensive plan, “Business Elite”.

This means you’ll have access to unlimited storage space, customer accounts, custom reports, and a free events calendar and site booster app for 1 year.

You’ll also get a comprehensive marketing suite with lead capture forms and chat tools, solutions for ecommerce (with unlimited product options), abandoned cart recovery and advanced shipping.

Wix’s standard website building tools are already excellent in my opinion, combining AI with simple drag-and-drop customization options.

However, the Enterprise plan super-charges the experience, with developer-built components and content blocks you can reuse throughout your website.

Plus, you can also create a collaborative workspace where developers can work with you on creating unique tools for your website.

Perhaps the biggest upgrade you’ll get when you move to Wix’s enterprise plan, is access to next-level support.

Every account gets its own customer success manager, as well as access to a library of fulfillment partners for shipping and delivery. You’ll have 24/7 support, as well as site migration support, and expert consultation.

Although, I do recommend taking advantage of the support you can access from Wix’s professional team to create and customize your integrations. It can be a little tricky to get started if you don’t have any developer knowledge.

Wix Enterprise Review: Payments

With Wix, companies have the option to integrate their own payment processing solution into their platform, or access the Wix Payments experience.

Notably however, the Wix Payments solution isn’t available to all users, so you’ll need to double-check if it’s accessible in your region.

Wix Payments supports most payment methods, including Apple Pay and Google Pay, however, you will need to pay a “service fee” for all transactions you process.

This is similar to any ecommerce platform. The rate you’ll pay will depend on your location, and the type of payment method.

For instance, Credit and Debit card transactions are charged at 2.9% plus 30 cents in the US, there’s also the potential for chargeback fees to be applied to your account.

As far as I can tell, Wix doesn’t offer any discounts for payment processing on Enterprise plans, but you can create custom payment solutions, which could reduce your costs.

How is The Customer Support

As I noted above, one of the standout “features” of Wix Enterprise, is access to next-level customer support.

You’ll have your own account manager, and 24/7 priority support, as well as access to a host of consultants, fulfillment partners, and developers to help you build the ultimate website.

The teams can help you extend the power of your platform with APIs and custom apps, plus, they can offer training programs and guidance for your team.

You’ll also be able to access specialist support for things like site development and design, and SEO.

While Wix already has a decent reputation for giving quality support to most clients (particularly those on expensive plans), the enterprise-level support is particularly impressive.

Wix Enterprise vs Competitors

There are a lot of great benefits included in Wix’s enterprise-level plan.

However, it’s worth remembering there are other companies out there that offer similar solutions.

Here are some other “enterprise-grade” plans you can consider.

Wix Enterprise vs Shopify Plus

I think Shopify Plus is one of the best enterprise-level solutions out there. It has a lot in common with Wix Enterprise, such as access to more flexibility, advanced apps and integrations, and tools to help you customize your store on a deeper level. Both solutions are also extremely easy to use.

However, Shopify also offers headless architecture, which allows you to connect Shopify’s ecommerce capabilities with a custom front-end solution.

Plus, there are slightly more advanced AI tools available from Shopify, such as Shopify Magic and Sidekick.

Wix does offer excellent customer support and account management on every plan, but Shopify still gives you access to partners and experts who can help you grow your business.

Plus, you’ll also get access to Shopify’s advanced POS solution on the enterprise plan, for in-person selling.

Shopify is definitely the more advanced solution for ecommerce vendors, although Wix is great for building unique apps, integrations, and workflows.

Wix Enterprise vs BigCommerce Enterprise

BigCommerce Enterprise is another excellent solution designed for high-volume sellers and larger companies. Like Wix Enterprise, it offers a 99.99% uptime SLA, priority support, and access to a range of custom apps and tailored solutions.

However, Wix does have a slight edge over BigCommerce Enterprise in terms of ease of use. You won’t necessarily need to dive into code straight away to design custom experiences with Wix Enterprise, as you can still access pre-built components, templates, and the drag-and-drop editor.

On the other hand, BigCommerce Enterprise is a little more flexible, with headless functionality, and a huge range of API options to extend your site.

I’d recommend BigCommerce over Wix if you’re looking to create highly unique online selling experiences.

However, if you’re looking for something that puts user-friendliness first, then Wix is likely to be the better option for you.

Wix Enterprise vs Squarespace Enterprise

Squarespace is one of my preferred website builders for creators who want to design highly professional looking sites. The solution is ideal for service providers and artists, with access to built-in booking tools, calendars, and other unique solutions.

Unlike other Enterprise offerings, Squarespace Enterprise focuses on giving you access to a team of experts who can build the perfect site for you.

In my opinion, Wix Enterprise is an excellent solution for companies in search of a highly flexible and scalable solution for business growth.

It supports international and omnichannel selling, makes it easy to manage your resources and teams in one place, and allows for endless customization.

Plus, you’ll have a whole team of experts available to you from Wix, who can help you design custom apps, improve your SEO strategy, create marketing campaigns and more.

I was particularly impressed by the company’s commitment to delivering step-by-step support to enterprise businesses.

However, there are other enterprise solutions out there that could be more appealing for certain companies.
